Original tombstone of Lieutenant of the Reserve Friedrich Gaede, Staff Officer with 26th Infanterie-Regiment, killed by artillery fire on 3 January 1918 on the Molenhoek in Beselare. He is buried at the German War Cemetery in Menen.
