New Irish Farm Cemetery, Belgium - Burial service

A burial service was held on Wednesday 27th October 2021 at 14.30h for Lance Corporal Robert Cook at New Irish Farm Cemetery, Belgium.

Lance Corporal Cook died in 1915 and was discovered during building work near the site of the original Irish Farm Cemetery.

The service has been organised by the Joint Casualty and Compassionate Centre and was attended by family members, British Defence Staff,

Regimental representatives, CWGC staff and local dignitaries.

Son of the late James and Rebecca Cook. Served in Matabeland (1896) and the South African Campaign.
