Took off 1103 2 Nov 1944 from RAF Mildenhall. collided at 20000 feet with another Squadron aircraft at 1417 2 Nov 1944 (See PB115) both Lancaster crashing near Erp (Noord-Brabant) about 7 km SSW of Uden.

Three including F/O Hoggard RAAF are now buried in Eindhoven (Woensel) General Cemetery while Sgt Hunter is buried with his Squadron comrades from HK612 in Erp Roman catholic Cemetery.
