On Sunday 16th November 2025 a ceremony was held on the occasion of the German Memorial Day ´Volkstrauertag´.

"We want to remember all victims of war and violence all over the world in the spirit of the ideals of the German War Graves Commission: Reconciliation over the Graves – Work for Peace".

With the support of the Royal Band of the Belgian Navy, the Royal Military School for Non-Commissioned Officers of Sint-Truiden (B), the Tactical Air Force Squadron 33 of Büchel (D), the Logistics Battalion 172 of Beelitz (D), the Association “Über Grenzen Hinweg“ (Across Borders) and the Trombone choir of the Brussels Emmaus parish.
