Took off 1906 Oct 1, 1940 from RAF Dishforth for an attack on synthetic oil installations in the Holten district. At 0130 the bomber crashed on land owned by Mr Demmink of Hessenweg Hummelo (Gelderland) 21 km E of Arnhem Holland.
